With full clear span capability and 8' first floor wall height, it allows two vehicles to park inside with plenty of room. The Patriot Garage offers a versatile second floor loft which can be configured as a home office, gym, or even a living space.

Many of our customers have used the second floor as a gym, office space, or an in-laws suite.
