The Barn Yard is building a Cape-style house for a customer in Ellington CT. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 9' ceilings, covered porch entry, and walk-out basement. Not to mention a classic Cape look and 28' x 44' footprint. Construction began in early February.
