We gathered as a team yesterday at Mill on the River in South Windsor CT for our Christmas party. It was great to reminisce with everyone about 2014 over fantastic food & atmosphere and look forward to an unbelievable 2015.

For over a dozen lucky customers, Christmas came early at The Barn Yard! That's because they purchased a qualifying building during our Blue Moon Sale in November and received a free iPad before Christmas.

There's always something in the works at The Barn Yard. The following blog will give you a glimpse of more custom projects we have on the boards. From post and beam barns to custom garages, there's a lot for the crews to build this winter!

Winter is fast approaching and the crew at The Barn Yard is not ready to slow down anytime soon. It will be a busy winter season as the crew continues to build custom barns and garages all throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. On the list are post and beam barns, hybrid timber framed garages, conventionally framed buildings, and commercial projects.

We sure had fun carving the brand into our pumpkins and hope you did too! Read more to see all the pumpkins that were "branded" with quality. Have a safe and fun Halloween!

Our 2nd annual Fall Festival was a glowing success! Thanks to all who visited and got a free pumpkin, carving template, and Hummel hot dog. It was fun to see everyone and we hope to see many of the pumpkins glowing on doorsteps this season, and maybe even some with the brand carved in them!

Our display at the Big E is just about ready for Friday's opening day. Just take a look at these photos and be amazed. It's our 30th year at the Big E and we intend to make it the best yet!

Barn Yard co-owner Chris Skinner looks forward all year to setting up for the Big E. It's his favorite time of year. Even though technically Assistant Vice President of the company, you'll still find Chris backing up the trucks and using the forklift to position the sheds just right.
