It’s almost time for The Big E 2024! This year marks our 40^th anniversary, as well as our 40^th year at The Big E. We have some incredible things lined up for our biggest sale of the year. Once again, we are offering our display 24' x 24' Newport Garage at a specially packaged price, and we also have a new offering in partnership with Earthlight Techonologies: an Off-Grid Solar Cabin. 24' x 24' Newport Garage

Right inside of Gate 9, you’ll find our display, with sheds, pavilions, and a 24' x 24' Newport Garage. This one and a half story garage has Garaga overhead doors, two timber frame eyebrow roofs, a timber corbel, Andersen 100 Series windows, and a 36" cupola. Our Newport Garages come standard with a 12-12 roof pitch, a 9' first floor wall height, and 1x10 premium kiln dried vertical shiplap pine siding. This display model is available at a special price of $74,290. That’s over $16,000 in total savings! Act fast on this one—there's only one building available at this price, and once it’s gone, it’s gone. Must take delivery to your New England location by December 31, 2024. Travel may apply.

Off-Grid Solar Cabin

Our neighbors at Earthlight Technologies in Ellington will be our neighbors at The Big E this year, and we’ve teamed up with them to create a unique off-grid solar cabin. The cabin uses our 14' x 20' Grand Victorian Cape, with Mopboard Black Duratemp siding, Andersen windows, and a timber frame overhang. Earthlight Technologies is providing the Solar Panel Package, which includes a 5kW 12-Panel system measuring 20'6" wide by 12' high. Solar panel installation is included. Enjoy living off-the-grid with this self sufficient cabin. The display model is specially priced at $66,999, but there’s only one building available at this price, and once it’s gone, it’s gone. Available for delivery in CT, MA, and RI. Travel may apply.

This year is no exception: we brought our best showcase yet, right inside Gate 9, with new buildings, updated options, and the most inventory we’ve ever had. 24' x 58' Plymouth Carriage Barn, Southern CT

Minimalist Carriage Barn

A unique choice of doors on this 24' x 58' Plymouth Carriage Barn creates the illusion of there being no doors at all. Four 9' x 8' hinged, insulated double barn doors sit flush with the reclaimed barn board siding. Inside, glulam tie beams span 24', preventing the need for center posts. Cars are parked inside with plenty of space to spare. The customer opted for a partial loft, which overlooks the main barn and creates more vertical space within. Read on for a photo tour.

Spend days relaxing by the pool with a Montauk Timber Frame Pool House. This impressive structure has a 20' x 28' footprint, and was built with authentic post & beam construction from top to bottom. Our Montauk utilizes a clear span parallel chord timber truss design to eliminate the need for posts on the interior.
